During the Lunch’n Learn Dr. Acuff will be updating us on FSMA’s preventative control program giving an overview on FSMA. At 10:45 there will be a tour of the Texas Food Solutions new HPP facility in Katy, TX. If you are able to register in advance, please do, so we may have an accurate head count for lunch. Also if you cannot make the trip, but would like to hear the presentation, there is an option below to dial in and listen to the presentation which will begin at 11:45am on the 25th.
