There are several upcoming events, and we also look forward to IFT’s AMFE (Annual Meeting & Food Expo) July 16-19 in Chicago. Registration is open, and also open for many of the short courses available. Review the available short courses. Also, please mark in your calendar April 21st for our April L-N-L at Alchemy Systems in Austin, TX. Tejas Bhatt, Director of the Global Food Traceability Center (GFTC) at IFT will be joining us to discuss Food Traceability and Food Fraud.
