Welcome to 2020! We are excited for the year and have several exciting events planned for our members. Last month we had a great turnout of over 50 people including Alamo IFT members and students and faculty from the Culinary Institute of America for Hot Sauce 101. We are thankful for the CIA’s gracious hosting of the event in their demonstration kitchen and to Southeastern Mills out of Rome, GA for flying in to share their knowledge and wonderful culinary skills around The Original Louisiana Hot Sauce.
