As a member of IFT Alamo Section I would like to start this year by thank you for being an IFT member! I am hoping you had a very productive 2019 and that you are ready for more! This year, our section is preparing great things to increase the participation and collaboration between all food industry professionals
Some of the events in our agenda are:
- January 15th 2020 – Hot sauce 101 at the Culinary Institute of America. Sponsored by SEM
- April 23rd 2020 – Alamo IFT Golf Outing (postponed from last year)
- May 12-14th 2020 – BRCGS Food Safety Americas Conference – Alamo IFT partnership
