We would like to first thank all of our 26+ sponsors for stepping up and helping fund the scholarships. We are thankful that Ajinomoto Windsor was our Platinum Sponsor and also sponsored a team of Purple Heart Veterans. Without the sponsors we would not be able to give away nine Scholarships. We did raise close to $12,000 at the outing.
We had a nice 82°F day for the outing which was about perfect for golf. We had about 71 golfers and 19 volunteers. It was great to see the students working and networking with people in the Food Industry. I think most everyone had a great time on the course. We thank all the winning teams and skillful golfers that donated their hard earned prize money back to the scholarship fund! Our next golf outing will be on Thursday, Nov. 1st 2018.

Next year will be our 20th outing. We are setting a stretch goal of $20,000 for scholarships to award.
